Actives: # of PNMs for each round

by: PNMcurrent

Roughly how many PNMs attended your Philanthropy rounds?

How many PNMs can come back for House Tours?

Are these numbers different for every house or are they all about the same?

A srat doesn’t know how many girls came to their house today? I’m confused.

Or is this something kept secret?

Most sisters have only a rough idea how many PNMs can thru today. They were busy recruiting. Girls on the recruitment team might know the total.

At this point srats have probably submitted their invite list back to panhellenic, but they have no idea how many PNMs are coming back until they get their list for house tours.

There's a methodology to recruitment. Every chapter is required to invite back a certain number of girls --- this is based on multiple things including the overall size of the chapter and how many spots they need to fill to be at campus quote (sometimes national, too? I'm not actually sure on that tho) and also how each chapter has performed historically during recruitment. (Eg, if a chapter has 80% of PNMS ranking them high vs. a chapter that has only 40% of PNMS ranking them high --- simple descriptor: how many girls want to go back to a given chapter for each round.) Those that are smaller or aren't as "popular" with PNMs have to cast a wider net. This data does NOT mean one house or the other is better!!!! The reality is that some chapters are just incredibly strong at recruitment---usually when they have a highly involved alumnae or advisor base and strong support from nationals. (This is often when a chapter is Alpha --APhi, GPhi, AGD)
