why do you not think that their nationals would not be investing in renovating the house and making it amazing for the sisters to move into?

do you honestly think a national sorority would put their letters onto a building that were not in ideal condition?

Why are they leaving their current house?

Pretty sure Chi O owns that house and they were only renting to phi sig nationals (just like DTD and DU) but the school bought the phi sig house from chi o because they’re trying to push off Greek life from campus so they needed to take a house and aepi wasn’t registered w the school but the school owned that house (i think, correct me if im wrong)

I’m a phi sig at another school. Nationals bought a house for us and and we had move. They did an awesome job! The new house ended up being so much better than our old one. Also we got to move into a completely new renovated house!

It used to be the Sigma Kappa house before they left in like 2000

I feel bad for them. Obvs their nationals will renovate but the aepi house looks small from the outside. Is it bigger on the inside?

Are any other sorority houses being taken over?

Aepi's house is small but Phi Sig is going to renovate so it will be new inside along with an addition to house more girls. It will be one of the best houses here once it's done
