potential shift in rankings post rush

aphi/kappa: both are top 2 houses - based on how rush goes and which girls they ultimately get will show the house that is top. either one will still be a very close second.
tridelt: they will stay as 3rd and ranked slightly below aphi/kappa.
dg/phi sig/axo: this is where the rankings will begin to shift. all 3 houses recruit very similar girls and are in that lower top tier category. these 3 houses will be competing for that 4th “top house” spot which in the past has been DG. phisig and axo are both tough competition going into recruitment.
sdt/gphi: there could potentially be some changes in rank here. gphi has an opportunity to rank above sdt if they recruit well.
theta/aephi/axid: while these houses are fairly similar in rush competitiveness, i believe theta has the edge as they are very consistent in recruiting girls they know will be a great fit into their sisterhood. aephi has an edge over axid in terms of PNM retention. think theta will be able to rank slightly above the other two houses with a good recruitment year.
dphie/agd: no big changes in rank here, believe these 2 houses found out the bottom of the ranks. still both great houses with respectable sisterhoods.

That's an interesting take. IMO Aphi totally outrushed Kappa last year, and they were pretty on par the two years before. I wouldn't count Tridelt out tho.
I see DG as very different than Phisig. Do they really compete for PNM's? And AXO has rushed PNMs that are more like Kappa than DG in the past.
Theta, AxiD and Gphi vibe their own way.

i agree with what you’re saying and appreciate your comments!
here’s my take:
- aphi overall has the edge over kappa. i think it will be close this year to see which house really claims the top spot. closer than in recent years for sure. i still think tridelt is at a slight disadvantage as they usually lose more girls to aphi/kappa than vice versa in terms of PNM acceptance.
- there is overlap with dg, phi sig and axo. while it might not be super noticeable i think because these houses are low top range they have an equal chance to be the next “step” below tridelt. i think it’ll all depend on the PNMs they get from other top houses and how their member classes round out. axo does have quite a bit of overlap with kappa which even puts them at a greater advantage than posing going into rush. just think dg will need to step it up as their PNM classes have been a bit inconsistent within the last year (or two).
- i think these 3 houses are unique and do have their own vibe, but gphi certainly has the edge. theta can closely compete for the rank above gphi if they’re able to get quality girls competing for those middle tier spots. axid tends to get most PNMs who have been dropped/dropped from gphi, theta and others so this makes it a bit more difficult to understand their identity in terms of who they look for in new members.
