There is a GPA cutoff for Panhel--not sure what it is. To my knowledge, it's firm. If you are under it, you can't participate even if only off by a point. But some chapters have a higher cutoff based on their nationals and they have to enforce it. You will be automatically cut after the first round b/c of grades from those chapters.
