only phi sig is doing fall rush. tri delt and theta never have and never will have to

alpha phi and sdt usually do fall rush- same with azd, phi sig. i am SURE gphib agd dphie will have to they alwwayssss do
some houses do it because they can't recruit enough members to begin with but most are just because they graduate big senior classes

its usually something like phi sig, alpha phi, tri delt, sdt, gphi, agd, and prob dphie. yes, tri delt HAS done fall rush. and you need to be invited!
and yes it usually is because big senior classes leaving or not meeting quota. it's not the end of the world to do fall rush, at all. some houses scoop up some awesome girls this way.

Chapters' national organizations will tell them whether to fall rush, and how many girls to take if they can do it. Based mostly on big senior classes graduating. The national organizations like houses to be at full capacity cuz it means they're getting a lot of money from the girls' dues.
