i am just curious on what is the disaffilation process like and how the process works?

I'm pretty sure it's different for every house on campus. If that is something your interested in, reach out to your chapter officers to get more information; they will definitely know the details for how to go about your particular process.

If you’re talking about a sorority, dropping before initiation is the only way you can ever pledge and get into another one.

That said, I’m not sure how often girls to drop actually get a bid from a different sorority….

If you’re planning on transferring, it may be worth it if you want to go through recruitment at a new school.
