Fall recruitment

Panhel should seriously do a fall recruitment this year. Practically every frat offers bids in the fall, and plenty of girls dropped recruitment this year due to how many girls rushed this year. Sophomore girls should not have to wait for second sem and take away spots from freshman in mc 24 if boys don’t

you realize that recruitment is extremely time consuming for panhel and every single girl in the sororities? its much harder and exhausting to rush girls than to rush. it would be much harder to do 2 recruitments instead of one.

There’s should be a more laid back option in the fall for sophomores. Freshman we’re over admitted this year and most houses did not account for that with the size of their mc and should do better considering the amount of options boys have

You do realize that quota is the total number of PNMs remaining divided by the number of chapters, right? It fluctuates depending on how many girls are left at pref. There is, technically, a spot for everyone. Whether matching works out as well as it can is another story.

It's called COB (Continuous Open Bidding) and every single chapter that wants to should be able to offer bids to sophomores up to campus total.
