With “????”, this seems less like a question, and more like you have some tea but want someone else to spill it for you.
Are you implying that another sorority (not GPhi, AGD, Dphie) is currently COBing? Or do you mean informal recruitment that some sororities do in the fall?
If you got something specific to say, just say it.

if you officially want to be on a house's roster which is also shared with the university and a chapter's nationals you'd better do things the legit way...COB asks that you formally first let SU Panhel know and the rest happens based on who is actually offering COB.
Is COB still even a valid talking point now...let's move on with the semester. Greek life should not be this deep.
