If houses are at capacity they can't just do cob.
It's not sad it's just the facts.
PLENTY rush as a sophomore. Use the time to get to know girls in houses better and then register again.
It's quite likely a couple houses will offer informal rush for sophomores in the fall.
All is not lost if you truly feel getting involved in a social sorority is what you want. Maybe use this time to consider an academic one or club that enhances career opportunities beyond graduation.
