2023 post rush ranks

I honestly don’t think there is any 1 top top house, as it has a lot to do with personal preference. Yet, there are tiers that overlap with girls they pref/compete for, and attract similar women but are all have different vibes and personalities within each tier.

Easily interchangeable between lines depending on who you click with as well as looking at houses that preffed the same girls:

Top: Aphi, Kappa, Tri Delt and DG

Upper Mid: Phi Sig, SDT, GPhi & AXO

Lower Mid: Theta, AEPhi, AXiD

Bottom: AGD & Dphie

not accurate. aphi and tri delt are above kappa. dg and phi sig are similar and below kappa. gamma phi is better than sdt and axo. theta is the lowest of mid tier, or bottom tier.

Phi sig and dg are not really equal no matter how many phi sigs come on here and say so and I’m not even a dg saying this

Nope, Aphi and Kappa are above Tri Delt. I’d say SDT and GPhi are about the same rank. Axo probably is around their level too but come off a lot less likable because of the extreme social climbyness. Aephi Theta and Axid have such different vibes and strengths but are more or less equal.

I always find Theta and Gphi prefs overlap a bit with Kappa prefs too. I know we overuse the term edgy but their pref lists tend to share some of the more edgy / cool girl or even quirky PNMs. That’s not a vibe I see as much outside those 3. Similar vibes definitely don’t equate to same “rank” either but Gphi and Theta do happen to be fairly close in rank.

This is basically true but APhi/Kappa are above Tridelt/DG plus Phi Sig is above the Gphi/SDT/AXO

Tiers can be interchangeable overall but this year, i see it this way based on 2023 rush. Also note that all srats at SU are good! So I used competitive- meaning srats that make the most cuts.

Most Competitive:

Aphi/Kappa
Tri Delt
DG

Very competitive:
Phi Sig
SDT
AXO

Competitive:
AEPhi/AxiD
Gphi

Less Competitive:
AGD/ Dphie/Theta\n\n\n\n\n
