There is no "top" house on campus. There are obviously tiers that cross pref and attract similar women but are all unique in their own way within each tier.
Easily interchangeable between lines depending on who you click with:
Top: Kappa, Aphi, DG & Tri Delt
Upper Mid: Phi Sig, SDT, AXO & GPhi
Lower Mid: AEPhi, AXi D & Theta
Bottom: AGD & Dphie

^^No. When you know pref overlaps it’s usually DG/tridelt or kappa.
