Do srats do COB/ Snap Bids

yes there will be houses that likely have COB after next weekend once final numbers are in for each chapter. Some nationals require their houses to be at a certain number even after quota is met by a house. Every national has different rules. Even if they meet quota for Syracuse recruitment, a house may not be at quota desired by nationals so that would be a reason aside from not hitting Syracuse quota, to offer COB.

snap bids are given out before all the formal bids are given out on bid day. it's where a sorority has a last moment to offer a bid to a pnm that didn't get a bid elsewhere due to not matching with another house... this helps the house then meet/ reach quota.
snap and cob are two totally different things.
snap bids are quick bids given after pref/matching before formal bids are all given out and cob happens after the formal process is concluded once certain houses determine their chapter must work to hit a certain number to be noted as a full as possible per their nationals...and has nothing to do with school rush quotas.
