upsetting

I joined Greek life as a way to meet people with similar values, and gain friendship that only few would be lucky to experience. I valued greek unity, and thought it was prevalent in the greek community. Everyone was different and had joined different organizations but came together in the fact that we were all founded on similar principles. After I was initiated, hearing people talk bad about my organization or criticizing something they knew NOTHING about was heartbreaking. It only made me realize that what I was looking for didn't actually exist in this school. I know there are people that hang out with various people, people from different sororities, and non-greeks. To the few people that badmouth other sororities, try to tear them down, I hope that someday you realize how bad it makes you and you entire organization look, and how hurtful it is to others. I know this is a site to rank sororities. But seriously, rank them on what actually matters, true sisterhood.
