because they're still a close brotherhood and have sick parties > physical house. if anything their parties are better without a house cause they can do whatever the f they want

you talk about brotherhood when DKE and PhiPsi have no brotherhood whatsoever. They're in it for the image, not for the fraternal bond, which is why they suck

Agreed that houses like Sae Sammy ZBt Tke and Sigchi all have strong brotherhoods tho

not too too long ago sammy was awful, tke ridiculous, phi delt didn't exist, neither did aepi and pike while still without a house was SO much better. Everything changes. DKE hasn't had pledges, sammy lost a house and had just a few pledges, and SAE is getting rid of pledges altogether.that will be weird. Psi U, Fiji, moving up and Sigma Chi pulling in huge classes.
