what makes agd and dphie consistently low?

They don’t have social events/have them with bottom tier frats

Its based on social, not on who they are.

I would say first, as a pnm get off greek rank and stop looking at tiers. if you base your recruitment process on it you will probably end up hating it. Ranks are based on outsiders' perspectives and most people writing them have no idea what is going on within the house in terms of sisterhood or events because everything within greek life is secretive. Take everything with a grain of salt because houses that mix change all the time, rush somewhere where you are happy with the bonds, not the rank.
