fall rush??

Okay so I'm planning on doing rush in the fall. I heard that it's informal? I really don't know much about it but I reallly want to become a part of greek life. I forgot to sign up for rush this semester so that kinda just sucked.
I feel like i've already missed out on a semester and I don't want to wait until spring 2015 to rush.
Can someone explain to me the whole Fall Rush process? Like everything I should know? Especially how to sign up for it.

fall rush isn't a thing you sign up for. sororities do it kinda under wraps cuz it has a bad reputation (like the house didn't meet their quota during the spring). you have to either know girls in the house and/or be invited. if any of your friends were initiated into a house you like text them about it. houses that usually and probably are doing fall rush would be: agd, alpha phi, phi sig, dphie, gphib, and azd. while these are all really great houses, if you're looking for something more like sdt or kappa or dg, you'll have to wait until spring. good luck.

what they said, and it also depends on the seniors graduating... if a house is graduating out a huge senior class, then chances are they'll do fall to make up the numbers

You can ask your friends but I would not ask a random girl wearing greek letters or a bag that has them. That would be weird lol
