I like how so many houses are on the same level bc honestly the ranking order once its divided to top, middle, bottom is all personal preference
no particular order within groups
tops - aphi, tri delt, kappa, dg
middle - phi sig, gphi, sdt, aephi
bottom - axo, axid, theta, agd, dphi

Agree with your theory. I like with a few adjustments.

This rank really just says who is most selective in recruitment and who has events with certain frats. Its down to how hard it is to get a bid, less about the people or their sisterhood.
