by: NoThe fact that they keep being put in upper middle tier is a joke. They’re literally doing informal recruitment right because of how many girls have disaffiliated in the past year, since the culture in that house is the most toxic on this campus and that’s not an exaggeration. AXID, AEPHI, GPhi, even Theta all aren’t doing informal and yet they’re all consistently put below SDT??? Come on. Maybe if you guys redirect all the energy u put self ranking on greek rank, towards fixing your sisterhood, you wouldn’t be stuck doing informal right now.

lmao half? no way. major exaggeration. COB is usually a mix of your numbers lacking (from not enough recruited or girls dropping) and your nationals having stricter/lower threshold for it

Yes it does. Recruitment is a numbers game. If a chapter doesn’t meet quota, then they do informal or COB, etc.
