what makes top houses “top”

So my take is what makes them top is that they are the most competitive to get a bid from. So they tend to get most of the PNMs they want during recruitment. They cut more PNMs than are cut by PNMs.

That doesn’t mean they everyone going thru recruitment wants kappa aphi tridelt and it also doesn’t mean those houses don’t get cut by PNMs. Its a numbers thing.

By far not ever PNM only wants those houses or other “tops”; plenty pick other srats.

Cuse is not super competitive about rank anyway, and all srats have good qualities.

Basically what they said^ also top houses have more events and tend to mix with other top houses frats/srats. It’s not a big deal tho just enjoy wherever u end up

It’s best to ask around when ur on campus and get ur own perspective. Then if u rush see what you like and that’s when you’ll really understand the ranks they aren’t important though
