How much does being a minority affect your chances of being in a top fraternity or sorority? Please be honest and tell the truth

Literally none. If you look at the best fraternities and sororities, they are most white but all have a decent amount of non-white people even though some are more diverse than others. No top frat or sorority will use your or anyone else’s race as a factor when deciding whether to bid them. Just go through rush and be yourself and you’ll definitely find somewhere dope.
