Do active members ever look at the incoming class instagram pages to see who they might want to recruit or do they just look at individual people's instagrams after they sign up for rush

both happen but not all houses do this (not kidding). mainly tops and upper mids that are more selective during recruitment will scope out girls ahead of time

there are some houses that start to look at potential PNMs on insta over the summer.

Actives do look at pnm instagrams. And if you decide to follow any houses, follow ALL of them. Only following some will get you cut (and not just from those u didn’t follow).
