phisig/axo = “low low top”

overall all very similar houses that party together though! fought for a lot of similar girls during rush too.

TOP: aphi, tridelt, and kappa
- the 3 top houses
- most popular with PNMs
- most selective during rush
- highly social with all top frats

LOW-TOP: dg, phisig, and axo
- the 3 “low top” houses
- very popular with PNMs
- very selective during rush
- very social with most if not all top frats

all 6 houses are within top tier, but varying degrees by far. low top is a bit of a drop down from the top 3.
