Low top is debatable, not sure AXO belongs there but the rest are accurate. I might put Theta in upper mid based on how popular they continue to be with PNMs.

axo is in between low top/upper mid i think, could go in either tier. they’re right below phisig regardless

doesn’t help that gphi is on investigative status… changes things for sure. also the reason why sdt is above them, could argue theta now too
