COBs has nothing to do with the quality of the house- it’s just if they had more girls graduate than other houses last year etc they might be under the total # independent of recruitment

This is just highly incorrect. Tri delt is doing cobs because they didn’t reach the quota that was set for them because not a lot of ppl wanted tri delt post pref
