Email Panhellenic and say you are interested in participating in COB, and wanted to know the process for letting sororities know that you are interested.

Ask any friends who are in the new MC or actives in houses you are interested in about COB, and let them know.

If you don’t know anyone in - srat you are interested in, DM their president.
