how are these rankings made??

I'm sorry but what are the standards from which the ranks are being made??? What influence does the new PC have on the rank? what does any of this mean? can someone please give me a rundown of where these rankings come from <3 r the frats watching the girls outside and judging those who go in what house?? (i dont understand)

Consistency every year with recruitment maintains standing. One PC does not make a house. How they then draw members and so on and so forth.

ranks change every year after rush, most houses don’t normally stay in the same spot year over year except maybe a few top or bottom
