Dphie new house?

Heard Dphie is getting a new house? Which one? It’s good cause their current house isn’t great.

Does it mean we can bring in a new sorority to take over dphie’s current house? I’d love to see KD, Pi Phi or AOII here.

Greek life all over is on the decline. While national chapters would love expansion many universities have had enough and can't deal with what they already have on their campus. Sad

Pi Phi was at cuse about 10 years ago, but left due to having very few members. Just because a house is “good” nationally doesn’t mean they’ll automatically be good at Syracuse. This isn’t the SEC. We already have so many established chapters we don’t need any more.
