how bad REALLY is kappa hazing???

i’m really interested in the house and see myself fitting in there but i’m very nervous about the hazing reqs. please provide any insight!!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻

Not a lot of houses on campus still haze, but kappa continues to do it for some reason. It is bad, you will have to wake up at 4am, and you will be scared of the older girls in your house. The underclassmen fear their older sisters. I don’t know why they do it still :(

pls don't believe majority of the things people say on here. if you love the house then focus on that. once you get thru everything then you're in the house and that's all that matters.

kappa hazing is the closest thing to fraternity hazing. kappa is literally the only house where they make you do physical stuff for hazing the others basically just yell at you

Reread your own post....so you actually see yourself somewhere that is rumored to be the worst at hazing? You say this rumor already makes you nervous. Maybe rethink what's a good fit, tonight.

^^ YES. Please listen to this person. If you’re nervous about a house, it means it isnt a good fit. You should feel welcomed and respected in your potential new home. kappa is only going to be that place for you if you’re willing to leave your self esteem, ego, and self respect at the door during your 6-8 weeks of pledging.
