Why APhi always top?

Every rank Sororities move up and down. Sometime Kappa #2 TriDelt # 3, others show TriDelt above Kappa. Same with DG and PhiSig flipping and so forth.
But APhi is undebatable #1. Why ? I don't want to hear from APhi's - tell me Kappas / TriDelt etc why do you put APhi on top? Does everyone start out wanting APhi?
Give me the REAL tea- not the politically correct answer. PLEASE

TBH I think most view Aphi and Kappa as equal. Both rush really well and are popular with PNMs. Their vibes are different though and PNMs tend to gravitate towards one or the other. From what I can tell houses have a strong sense of the PNMs they are interested in before recruitment even starts.
Tridelt, DG and Phi Sig are pretty close behind these two.

Alpha Phi, Kappa, Tridelt, and DG are all on the same level. They always have events and pair together and everyone knows this. It comes down to personal preference and who you vibe with best
