What makes the top srats “top” srats?

Why are aphi kappa and tridelt always considered top houses? Like what makes them top houses exactly? J curious

These srats are popular with frats because they are hot and fun. This popularity translates into desirability with PNMs going into rush. All three houses also rush PNMs very well, so once recruitment starts many PNMs want to join them. These houses have great “return rates” during rounds, so they have to cut heavily, and this make a bid from one of them hard to get.

Debatable. I would not consider Tri Delt a top house.

Yah but they have definitely rushed well and been super popular with PNMs the last two years.

Top srats are the ones most in demand for socials and the most selective in rush - which means they have a very high percentage of PNMs coming back each round who have ranked them high. They take few if any PNM‘s that they don’t want.
