why is theta ranked so low now?

i’m really unbiased i’m just super confused they used to be mid tier and now they’re ranked as bottom

They were pretty popular in recruitment last year; these ranks don’t account for everyone’s opinion. I still call them mid. But they are definitely looking for a specific type of sister.

theta is also never on greek rank bc they don’t really care about that kind of thing so while all of the other houses are self ranking they’re not really sticking up for themselves bc they don’t care lol

Caring about ranks, worrying about who they mix with etc. is really not a Theta thing as far as I can tell.

Can't agree with this more. There are some houses that have members on here every day making posts pretending that their houses are "top" when they really are not considered so on campus. Other houses are ranked "lower" than reality because their members are not superficial. Just meet the women in each house yourself and you will see who doesn't match the GR hype. It's all insecure desperation.

They aren’t bottom, I’d say they are solid mid now. They out performed almost every mid/bottom house last recruitment, they were the stand out amongst the mid tier. They just aren’t on this site to defend themselves from low rankings
