"Top" houses are the ones that get great returns during recruitment. Consistently top include: Kappa, DG, APhi
These houses are hard to get a bid from because the majority invited back will graciously say "YES!!" They have to cut hard.
Other houses that compete and get "good" returns are Tri Delt, Phi Sig, AChiO and AXiD.
Fairly good returns are GPhi, SDT, AEPhi and Theta
The chapters that are easiest to get a bid from are DPhiE and AGD. That doesn't mean you won't find a good sisterhood. It just means that they can't cut as harshly because fewer pnms pick them first. If you are invited back, you have a greater probability of getting a bid.
