I just went thru rush and dphie was my second choice.. i had azd, dphie, and then phi sig. I know a lot of girls I met during rush who liked azd and phi sig and gphib all really liked dphie as well. the girls were really chill and super honest. they're all really close and care about each other. I'm happy with what house I'm in but I would've loved dphie too.

agreed. dphie was my top actually and I didn't get a bid. cuz they're new every frat wants to party with them but they're also all smart/chill. I loved that house. I had gphib and phi sig ranked though as well and I'm happy where I ended up :)

y'all need to chill out... i'm in a different house (one of those so-called top tiers houses) but seriously agd, gphib, and dphie all get similar girls...i don't even see the point of fighting...If i were going through rush, I'd prob take dphie just for their sick house

I really like this house. i saw their social calendar and they party with almost every frat including top houses. they might be new and their PC might not have been kappa level but they have real potential to be upper middle In a few years. for now though they're at phi sig level so low middle.
