Selectivity is different then popularity with PNMs/frats. Selectivity is about how srats pick their pledge class. For example SDT and Theta may not appeal to as many PNMs as Tridelt and Aphi, but they all seem to have a good idea of who they want to pledge before recruitment even starts.
