ok here are the top houses im thinking are gonna be switched around pretty soon, if they haven't already
aphi
tri delt
kappa
phi sig
dg
thoughts?

There’s some moving around that happens. It’s harder to predict when and how.
Compared to a few years ago, Aphi and Tridelt are up, Dg is down, Kappa is steady. Phi Sig is about the same.
One year does not make a difference, unless something major happens to change it up.
My guess is in 2022, Tridelt will continue to do well, which has helped them improve over the last two years. I think Aphi and Kappa will be the most desired houses with Tridelt right after. DG underperformed in virtual rush and I think they will do better this year, but they don’t have Tridelt’s momentum. Phi Sig is solid where they are in upper middle- they need to put together a run of really strong recruitment years to compete with the top four.
If any of these houses has a few amazing or not so great years of recruitment, and/or somethings scandalous or negative happens to affect their reputation, things could shift. But right now I don’t see anything significant happening.

Not sure about your verdict on DG. They’re just on the decline.
