Group 1 (most relevant houses, very to moderately competitive):

Group 2 (less relevant houses, very or a noticeably less selective):
-axid
-theta
-sdt
-aephi
-dphie
-agd

Popularity doesn’t equal selectively.
Popular & very selective:

Still popular & somewhat selective:

Popular & not selective:

Not popular but still selective:

Not popular or selective:
