Real Talk about ranking
by: HmmAfter this giant bama rush thing in tik tok I noticed that none of the houses at bama are really treated like “bottom” houses. It’s just more a happy to be involved thing. And that is at the biggest Greek life campus. I don’t understand why we need to put down girls in certain sororities for being in them. It feels wrong that girls are embarrassed to wear their letters because people treat them poorly in that house instead of having “Panhellenic love”. It was just disheartening to watch every house be treated well at bama and see how it isn’t the same here

The idea that everyone is so nice to other houses in Greek life at Bama is false. It can be brutal and can be mean. Behind the southern nice thing there’s definitely a hierarchy in the ranking of sororities, though ranks vary depending on if you’re from Alabama or not.

This site is run by APhi and Tri Delt posters. Most other houses ignore it. So, to anyone that visits this site often, it seems that they are regarded so much higher than they honestly are on campus because of self ranks. In real life, most of the other chapters are considered much better than these two. Take this all with a grain of salt.
