Kappa and Aphi both did great this year despite people doubting both of them. DG not so much, really underwhelming PC yet again. Tridelt is moving towards a new and more authentic direction with recent PCs, love to see it! Didn't hear much from Phi sig or Gphi, but Theta did amazing and AXO def did better then most expected. Theta could be up there with Gphi if they have another good recruitment. Axid is in trouble, their philanthropy is hurting them so much and they are becoming really irrelevant, prob dropping to bottom tier soon. Dphie improved the most during recruitment this year, SDT and Aephi didn't do great but thats to be expected. AGD is where they always are.

This rank is pretty accurate. However some will dispute and downvote based on the following:
Tridelt- moved up ahead of DG based on last 2 pledge classes and return rates.
DG- remains a top house but just has not been pulling as well the last two years. It’s moved down among top houses, at least for now.
Placement of AXO-Gphi-AXiD- lots of different feelings about how they are ranked but that is a matter of opinion and may be pushed by need for cred.
Theta- they had a great rush and pulled a lot of great new members, but are they really ahead of Gphi? Not sure.
Dphie- had a solid new MC but not ahead of SDT and AEphi. At minimum on the same line. Some would say after them.

that change takes away an easy thing for haters to slam them for. may or may not be influential with PNMs. house remains a solid mid tier.
