SIG CHI lost the house

so sigchi lost their house. the house was owned by a sigchi alumni but apparently the guy's not renewing the chapter's lease. gonna be mad hard for them to pull in a good pc w no house. and especially bc their rank was falling this past sem, i dont think they'll be a top house much longer
