Spring pc changes

Just what I noticed and what I’ve heard here are a couple changes after this year:
Trending up: theta, tri delt, dphie
Down: phi sig (especially recently), axid
The rest have sorta hovered where they usually are and obviously everyone has their own preference, this is just what I noticed

Thank you for being the only person to include phi sig in the down trending list. Their last 2 PCs were just not it at all. They seem to be dumbing down their standards-literally. Like all the other top houses aphi, DG, kappa pledge girls who are smart AND gorgeous (hence, why they are top), & tri delt has just pretty girls. Phi sig just seems to be bidding on girls as dumb as rocks who aren’t even that cute, seriously try having a conversation with any girl in their last 2 PCs. It’s like talking to a wall
