For those of you visiting this site to learn about the chapters at Cuse, look up the name Alex Purdy. She was a Tri Delt a few years ago who went public with what really goes on in that chapter. Check out her video on You Tube and decide if that is the kind of "sisterhood" you are looking for.

everyone has a right to speak their truth. but that being said, I don’t think this post and the other bashing tri delt is going to sway pnms. sounds a little desperate rather than helpful.

honestly it swayed me a bit or at least made me consider what I really wanted from a sisterhood. some people are interested in having this kind of information and you have to trust they can make informed decisions for themselves with it. a post drawing attention to alex’s “perspective” shouldn’t be a real threat to any of you but a lot of you are taking it personally

It’s fine to take or leave one person’s experience with Tridelt- up to you. But don’t fool yourself, every sorority at SU has some type of negativity and every so sorority has fans and haters. It’s best to make up your own mind.

And TBH Tridelt is still very popular with PNMs in recruitment, and most girls don’t even have a chance to reject them.

These comments make you sound sour and suspect. Instead of hating on chapters just because they are popular why not focus on your own sisterhood.

Chapters try and show their best side during recruitment. Being able to see "behind the curtain" by someone that was there is very valuable. It is one members perspective but likely shared by others not brave enough to go public.

I respect everyone’s personal truth and experience, however, suggesting that any one person’s opinion/experience is somehow an unbiased look “behind the curtain” does a disservice to everyone.
