for the houses that did not do as well, I think it as prefs that hurt them. It was rough for some houses to have to do this virtually.

You are crazy! DG has been a top house for years. They are on par with Kappa and APhi, as the top undisputable 3. Other GR chairs are clearly working overtime to try and displace this chapter on this site but it is solid.

Right now DG is 💯 below Phi Sig. It’s cyclical, they will be back. But Tri Delt is more provost with PNMs.

Every srat had an off year or two. Some say Kappa has a not so great rush in 2020 but that changed in 2021. DG was off in 2021 but they have a chance to come back!
