Pref round drop?

All girls that come to pref round are on the chapter's bid list. They are ranked from 1 to the end number (say, 100?). Based on average of all 4 rounds scores. So, since Quota was 52, if you were #1-#52 and put, Kappa Phi Omega first on YOUR bid list, you are guaranteed to match with them. However, if you're number 75, you have to hope that a lot of the girls "above" you chose a different house as their #1. It's a matching game. Unfortunately, many PNMS choose to "suicide" and ONLY rank their top house. This cuts your odds in half of getting a bid. Also unfortunately, it's possible that a PNM is ranked really low on every bid list and matching just doesn't work out in their favor.

If a PNM ranks really low on every bid list, and ends up with no bid because both organizations reached quota before they got to her, she would be eligible to be a quota addition, so that's not a reason why she wouldn't get a bid. I don't believe that those who suicide can be eligible to quota additions though.
