GPhi and Theta are fine as is, can’t be moved up yet. They have a lot of “cool”/edgy/non-sorority members, their overall rep is most like AZD and AXO, and neither have as strong of a social schedule as PhiSig. Move Dphie down though, they’re more equal to SDT.

right just because dphie went from begging people to join them during fall recruitment a few months ago to actually getting some ok girls this spring doesn’t mean they’re suddenly middle tier. the bar has been so low for them after the past few years of sloppiness

I don't think there are really ranks amongst the tiers. The chapters are all interchangeable on each level depending on your preference. APhi is on here daily so always puts themselves first. But, it could easily be DG, Kappa, APhi or Kappa, DG, APhi just as easily.

There aren’t ranks amongst the tiers. You would say “oh I’m in a top house” u wouldn’t say “oh yeah I’m in the third top house”

Very true. No ranks in tiers at all. That said, I've never heard someone actually seriously say, "I'm in a top house"

There really is no way to say one house is "the top". Within these tiers that houses with the strongest returns and/or the lowest returns are grouped together. This is accurate based on those numbers.

Honestly, DG, Kappa and APhi have the best returns every year. That makes them the top houses, no matter what anyone says.
