Tiers are valid. Ranking with the tiers is a matter of personal preference. There are houses in my "tier" that I would not consider at all and houses in other "tiers" that might be a good fit.

Yep rank is perfect. But notice how this had wayyyy more likes than dislikes until overnight someone mass disliked it, probably Tri Delt 🤣
