grades question

if my GPA isn't the best due to personal reasons, is there any way I can talk to someone and still rush?

Is your gpa high enough to register for rush? If so then there's no problem. If it's lower than what it should be to rush, then talk to the school. If it's personal or some special circumstance then they can make an exception I believe.

There is a cutoff with Panhel, then each chapter has their own cutoff (often higher than Panhel's). If you aren't high enough for the Panhel cutoff, there is no flex in my understanding. Also, this year will be different but if your grades are already struggling, you really should get them up before committing to to the new member process. That was my worst semester gradewise.
