gpa question for rushing

when rushing for sororities in the spring as a freshman, do they look at high school gpa or first semester grades?

Hi! The gpa required to rush is a fall semester gpa of 2.5. However, most chapters have individual gpa requirements of their own, and during first round gpas are looked at and if the pnm doesn’t meet the requirement they are most likely cut. Hope this helps!
