This whole thing is really wrong. There is no special formula for which houses cross pref. It's a mix.

These descriptions are accurate but since you pref multiple chapters, the girls in each of these houses end up visiting two of the top 3 houses. Then, depending on where they fit within the nuanced spectrum, accept a bid to the house they are most like.

This list isn't scientific. Girls pref all over the place. It's not 100% DG and Kappa. PNMs that are invited to pref DG are pretty heavily recruited by other chapters also. It would be a mix.
