Why doesn't dphie get a better house?

Was just looking at the Phi Delt/Pi Phi thread and wondering why dphie didn't buy that house instead of their current house? So much better.

Honestly the house thing isn’t their fault. It’s def harder than u think. I have a friend in Dphie and I’m pretty sure they’re trying for next year or something.

Honestly you’re exaggerating. And criticizing their house is pretty shallow of you lol. I know girls in Dphie who are fine with their housing situation, whether they move or don’t and that’s none of your concern. Your “advice” here is unwanted and unneeded

I have to agree w this. Even tho I didn’t end up in that house they made it look cute during recruitment. Let’s be real all the houses are falling apart and old 🤷‍♀️
