Does anyone know what’s going on with the phi delt house? Is there non phi delt guys living in the house now??

I believe its being rented out room by room by the sorority who owns the house.

The house is not owned by Pi Phi, Phi Delt bought it several years back.

Pi Phi is said to be coming back within the next year or 2 but not completely sure!

Pi phi lost its charter because they kept failing at recruitment and did t have enough members to continue chapter operations. They’re not coming back to go through the same thing again
